Description of Service
PremiumResumeMaker.com provides personalized, bespoke resume writing and optimization services tailored for the United States job market. Every project is personally reviewed, edited, and formatted word-by-word. To ensure dedicated quality, we strictly limit production capacity to a maximum of one client project per business day.

Risk-Free Guarantee & Payment Structure
We operate on a 100% risk-free "Pay After Approval" model.
• No upfront payment or credit card is required to start your project.
• Review drafts are delivered via email as secure, read-only, or watermarked preview files.
• The flat fee of $49 USD is strictly required immediately after you review and structurally approve the draft. Fully editable source files (Microsoft Word) and high-resolution unwatermarked PDF files will only be released upon confirmation of your payment via PayPal.

Client Intake and Responsibilities
To deliver a premium, tailored product, the client must complete our designated Google Form intake questionnaire to initiate the project.
• You must provide accurate career details, copies of your current resume (if available), and direct links to 1 or 2 real US job listings that match your immediate goals.
• Delays in completing the intake form or providing missing details will directly impact your project delivery timeline.

Revision Policy and Boundaries
We proudly offer unlimited revisions on your watermarked draft to ensure you are entirely satisfied with your custom document. To protect our operational boundaries, the following rules apply:
• Fixed Target Goal: Revisions strictly cover edits, phrasing adjustments, and keyword tweaks to align the resume with the specific target job title or industry agreed upon during intake. If you decide to pivot to a completely different career track or industry after writing has begun, this will be treated as a new project requiring a separate $49 USD order.
• Time Limitation: All revision requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days of receiving your first preview draft. If no communication is received within 14 days, the project will be marked as closed and finalized, and the final editable files will remain locked.

Project Forfeiture and Cancellation
Because we do not collect upfront payments, we reserve the right to cancel your project and withhold all final editable source files if:
• You cease communication for more than 14 calendar days during the drafting phase.
• You refuse to complete the $49 USD payment after expressing structural satisfaction with the text modifications.

Limitation of Liability
While we meticulously optimize your document to pass US corporate tracking filters and impress recruiters, PremiumResumeMaker.com does not guarantee job interviews, employment offers, or specific career placements. The job market is highly subjective, and final hiring outcomes depend entirely on external corporate factors and individual candidate performance.

Governing Law
PremiumResumeMaker.com is owned and operated by an independent individual freelancer residing in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Any disputes arising from these services shall be governed under the standard electronic commerce and freelancing frameworks of the UAE.

Scope and Eligibility of Service
PremiumResumeMaker.com provides personalized, bespoke resume writing and optimization services exclusively for candidates targeting the United States job market. We do not accept clients or format documents for job markets outside of the US.
